OVERVIEW

As a leader in consumer lending market, FE Credit aims to enhance holistic user experience from end to end.

My team at Aleph Labs collaborated with FE Credit internal teams to rethink and renovate their ecosystem with focus on consumer mobile application & sale team application.

MY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

I liaised with designers and project managers to complete 5 areas of works:

Research, analyze (market landscape, user insight, usability test)
Ideate, conceptualize (user journey, product direction)
UX writing (in-app content)
Facilitate co-creation workshops with client stakeholders (BOD, Product Head, Product Managers, Marketing Manager)
Manage client’s expectations throughout project
